This is the place where we brew an unfiltered, natural beer in historical brew kettles
dating back to 1889 with highest quality ingredients - true to the
German Purity Law from 1516.

Through the classical cold fermentation and the careful post fermentation our speciality beers
exhibit an extraordinary taste and excellent digestibility. Visit our
craft rooms and look over the shoulder of the brew master.

Young and old people meet in the rustic and snug brewery bar.
Historical brewery utensils lend the restaurant a museumlike character and an
incomparable ambience.
